  Flu Vaccination - Tuesday 26th September 2023

  Dear Parents/ Carers
  
  Vaccination UK will be in school on Tuesday 26th September 2023 to administer our children's flu vaccinations, flyer is attached. Can you please click on the link below to complete the consent form.
  
  It is really important that all parents complete the E-Consent form, even if the parents decline the vaccine, we still need the consent form completed. This will ensure that the child does NOT get vaccinated, and we do not have to continuously chase for consent forms.
